The role
- Help manage and train the team, including trainees
- Plan client compliance work
- Prepare accounts and multiple VAT returns
- Manage workflow against strict deadlines
- Deal with HMRC, third parties and client queries
- Meet clients and prepare notes
You’ll bring
- AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified
- 2+ years in an accounting practice
- Bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and accounts preparation
- Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and Dext
- Confident, clear communication with clients
