Overview
Many partnerships start on trust and friendship, which is exactly why the terms should be written down. Without an agreement, the Partnership Act 1890 applies, and it was not written with modern trading in mind.

Common questions
How quickly can a company be formed?
Usually within 48 hours of the signed forms being submitted.
Do I really need a written agreement?
It isn’t a legal requirement, but without one the Partnership Act 1890 applies by default. A written agreement protects every party.
Can an overseas company use your registered office?
Yes. It is one of the most common reasons clients use our registered office service.
