How we begin
- 01
A no-obligation meeting
At our office, at your premises or by phone, whichever suits you. Take our advice whether or not you appoint us. There is no hard sell and no chasing.
- 02
Written recommendations and a fixed fee
We put in writing the services we recommend and the maximum fee you will pay. Pay monthly, in instalments or in full, by card if you prefer.
- 03
We handle the switch
Sign the authority forms. We deal with your previous accountant and HMRC to make the handover seamless.
Common questions
How quickly can a company be formed?
Usually within 48 hours of the signed forms being submitted.
Do I really need a written agreement?
It isn’t a legal requirement, but without one the Partnership Act 1890 applies by default. A written agreement protects every party.
Can an overseas company use your registered office?
Yes. It is one of the most common reasons clients use our registered office service.
