Overview
Self-employed people and most company directors must declare their income and dividends every year, and the form is notoriously hard to follow. We prepare your return together with your accounts and advise on how and when to pay. A posted cheque only counts once HMRC has the cleared funds.
What’s included
- Returns for the self-employed, partners and directors
- Dividend, rental and investment income
- Payments on account planned in advance
- An unbroken record of on-time filing
Self-employed individuals, company directors, landlords, partners and limited companies.
How we begin
- 01
A no-obligation meeting
At our office, at your premises or by phone, whichever suits you. Take our advice whether or not you appoint us. There is no hard sell and no chasing.
- 02
Written recommendations and a fixed fee
We put in writing the services we recommend and the maximum fee you will pay. Pay monthly, in instalments or in full, by card if you prefer.
- 03
We handle the switch
Sign the authority forms. We deal with your previous accountant and HMRC to make the handover seamless.
Common questions
When should I contact you about a tax return?
As early as possible. Early preparation gives you time to plan payments, use legitimate reliefs and avoid last-minute cash pressure.
I’ve received a letter from HMRC. What should I do?
Call us before you reply. We act as your agent from the first letter onwards and handle the correspondence for you.
Do you guarantee on-time filing?
We have never let a client down with a late personal Self Assessment filing, provided we receive your information in time.
